All House of Ellure jewelry purchases are considered final sale due to the handcrafted nature and limited availability of our designs.
We do accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on store credit returns, and all returns must be approved before being sent back.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, worn items cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@houseofellure.com and include clear photos of the item and its original packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping.
